Tangy wasabi and fragrant ginger work together with garlic and hot Chinese mustard
in an Asian marinade for beef, chicken, pork, salmon, or vegetables.
Directions: In a zip-top bag, knead together marinade mix with 1/3 cup
hot water. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Knead 1/4 cup vegetable oil or peanut
oil into bag. Add up to 3 pounds beef steaks, salmon, chicken, pork chops/loin,
or vegetables; knead to coat. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 8 hours. Grill
meat/vegetables as desired. Discard marinade.
