Payment Policy & Ordering Options/Instructions:
We accept payments online in the following forms: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. You can fax your credit card orders. We accept payments via "snail-mail" in the following forms: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check. Personal Checks and Cashier's Checks will be held for 10 days to allow checks to clear before the order is shipped. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Payments can only be accepted in U.S. Dollars.

  • Online Orders:
    • Select the items from our web site that you wish to purchase.
    • Update the quantities of each item in your shopping cart.
    • Click the "Checkout" button and proceed with the instructions throughout the shopping cart pages.
  • Mail / Fax Orders:
    • Select the items from our web site that you wish to purchase.
    • Update the quantities of each item in your shopping cart.
    • Fill in the "Shipping Calculator", located below the shopping cart, with your shipping information and click the "Apply" button. This will calculate your shipping costs.
    • Print this page and include it with your payment information:

        • The billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.
        • The address you wish the order be sent to, if different from the billing address.

          • Your Card Verification Number is the 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.
          • The American Express Verification Number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.
      • For Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks, include the following:

Return Policy:
Because most of our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. Therefore, we guarantee that any item sent to you will be of the highest quality. Each item has been carefully assembled in the most sanitary of conditions and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Though most items are considered non-perishable, all food items are marked with expiration dates to ensure leavenings perform to their utmost ability and spices, dried fruits and vegetables, and nuts are used before their flavor diminishes. In the unforeseen event that something is amiss with one of our products, contact us immediately.

Product Pricing:
We have priced our products according to the contents and time involved in making them a unique and tasty item. Remember: you get what you pay for! Our products are not just mixes for delicious culinary delights, but distinctive works of art. Each item is assembled one by one, teaspoon by teaspoon, cup by cup.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination in order to offer the most accurate and modest fees.
  • In some instances, when you select U.S. Priority Shipping, we are able to save on shipping by using Flat Rate boxes. In this instance, if the savings are significant, we will refund the difference to you; if the savings are small, we may include extra product with your order.
  • If you select U.S. Standard Shipping and we are able to to use Priority Shipping with the shipping fees you have paid, we will do so.
  • If your order is large, we may opt to use a comparable UPS or Fed Ex service and refund any significant difference to you.
  • If you wish to avoid all shipping charges and live within driving distance to Dayton, Ohio, you may opt to pick up your order at our vendor booth at the 2nd Street Market in Dayton, Ohio (Thursdays and Fridays 11am - 3pm and Saturdays 8am - 3pm) within 14 days from the time you receive an e-mail from us confirming that your order is ready for pick-up. We will hold your order for 14 days from that confirmation e-mail. After 14 days, if the order has not been accepted, we will refund 90% of the order total, the remaining 10% will be applied to our restocking fee.
  • We ship only to US addresses and to Canada.
