Shipping:

  • The shipping costs calculated in the shopping cart are estimates only. Once your order ships, we charge you only the actual shipping cost plus the cost of the box(es) and packing materials used.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. We will utilize the cheapest and fastest shipping to save you money.

  • Most small orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders over $150 may take up to 5 business days to ship, orders over $500 may take up to 8 business days, orders over $1,000 may take up to 10 business days, and orders over $1,500 may take up to 15 business days. In the busiest months (January, October, November, and December), the "worst case scenario" time frames listed above are more a reality than the rest of the year.

  • For orders designated for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail letting you know when your order is ready. You will have 7 business days from that time to pick up your order. After 7 days, if the order has not been accepted, we will refund 90% of the order total, the remaining 10% will be applied to our restocking fee.

Ordering Options/Instructions: We accept payments online in the following forms: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can fax your credit card orders. We accept payments via "snail-mail" in the following forms: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check. Personal Checks and Cashier's Checks will be held for 10 days to allow checks to clear before the order is shipped. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Payments can only be accepted in U.S. Dollars.

  • Online Orders:

  • Mail / Fax Orders:

      Fill in the "Shipping Calculator", located below the shopping cart, with your shipping information and click the "Apply" button. This will calculate your estimated shipping costs.

    • Print this page and include it with your payment information:

      • For Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, include the following:

        • The billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.

        • The address you wish the order be sent to, if different from the billing address.

        • A phone number or e-mail address that we can contact you at in case of questions.

        • The full credit card number, expiration date, and the Card Verification Number

          • Your Card Verification Number is the 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

          • The American Express Verification Number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

      • For Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks, include the following:

        • The address you wish the order be sent to (if sending a personal check, we will only ship to the address printed on the check.)

        • A phone number or e-mail address that we can contact you at in case of questions.

Returns:

  • Because most of our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. Therefore, we guarantee that any item sent to you will be of the highest quality. In the unforeseen event that something is amiss with one of our products, contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation to the best of our ability.

  • In order for a refund to be issued for goods damaged in transit, the customer must provide an affidavit with a description of damage signed by the driver.
