Gourmet Death By Chocolate Cookie Mix<br>The best darm cookies you'll ever sink your teeth into!

Soft, fudgy chocolate cookies with gooey chocolate chips. They'll melt in your mouth!
 
Directions In a large bowl, cream together 1 1/4 cups softened butter, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional). Add the cookie mix and stir until well blended. Drop the dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto onto an ungreased baking sheet 2" apart. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes, until light brown. Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then cool completely on wire racks.
