Gourmet Beer Bread Mix<br>Just add a bottle of beer & butter!

Make it with beer for a yeasty bread flavor. Made with soda, the flavor possibilities are endless! Just stir and bake! No kneading or rising time required!
 
Directions In a large bowl, fold together bread mix and 12 oz. of beer or seltzer with a spoon just until mixed; the batter will be lumpy. Spread batter evenly into a greased loaf pan. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter evenly over the dough. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50 - 60 min., or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven, cool in pan for 10 min., remove from pan, and cool 10 min. before slicing.
