Fresh Dip: Mix with 2 cups sour cream or plain yogurt.
Low-Fat Dip: Mix with 2 cups reduced-fat sour cream or plain yogurt.
Creamier Dip: Mix with 1 cup real mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt.
Cheeseball/Spread: Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 2 Tbls. milk or buttermilk. If desired, roll into a ball and chill until firm.

Recipe: 2-Step Cucumber Scallion Salad
1 pkt. Groovin’ Green Onion Dip Mix
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
3 large cucumbers, peeled & sliced
8 oz. bag matchstick carrots
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped red onion
-Stir together Groovin’ Green Onion Dip Mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream; refrigerate for 1 hour.
-Stir together desired amount of dip with vegetables no more than 2 hours before serving; refrigerate until ready to serve.

Recipe: Sour Cream & Scallion Potato Salad

red potatoes
1 cup prepared Groovin’ Green Onion Dip Mix
1 onion (red or yellow), diced
2 ribs celery, diced
-Scrub potatoes clean, but do not peel. Boil or steam until fork tender. Drain,
dry and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
-In a salad bowl, toss together potatoes, Groovin' Green Onion Dip, onion, and
celery until well coated. Refrigerate until cold.
