Everyone
loves pancakes and waffles, but they'll all drool over these! Nutty pecan
pieces in a lightly-spiced pancake or waffle.

Pancake Directions |
Lightly coat a skillet or griddle
with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Beat
together mix and 1 1/2 cups water. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Pour
batter, a little less than 1/4 cup at a time, onto griddle. Cook for
60 to 90 seconds, or until bubbles form, flip, and cook another 30
to 90 seconds. |

Waffle Directions |
Stir together 1 1/2 cups water, 2
Tbls. vegetable oil, and contents of package; do not over mix,
batter will be lumpy. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a lightly greased and
preheated waffle iron. Cook until steaming stops, about 5 minutes,
or until golden brown. |
